Powerplay Magazine - review, Out for Blood

“SCK could, on release of a full album, be the obvious choice to take the heretofore untouchable, Motӧrhead throne….Stone Cold Kill are ones to watch. No frills, no fuss, all metal.” ~ Dan Bond – Powerplay Magazine

Black Sunday Magazine - review, Out for Blood

Picture
“…packs a punch like a Saturday night in a northern boozer…It leaves you with a sense that these guys know how to handle themselves and handle their instruments - it's filthy stuff my friend!...The album is dirty, it is heavy and it is pure rock and roll!” ~ Black Sunday Magazine on Stone Cold Kill’s, Out for Blood EP

Positive first review for, Out for Blood

The first review of Stone Cold Kill’s, Out for Blood EP.

Andreas Schiffmann sent Knuckle Duster Management this review with the following words: “The band's a rare breed, particularly for their generation. Hardly anybody plays it that raw nowadays, a pleasant surprise. Originality is something else, but these songs kick your butt. Should be a feat in concert, I think.”

Second Global Distribution Deal for "Madder Than a Full Moon Dog"
featuring Stone Cold Kill's Ralph and T-Bone - 24/05/13

Picture
Hot on the heels of last week’s announcement about global digital and DVD distribution for its British ‘rockumentary’, Madder Than a Full Moon Dog, Starjack Entertainment announces another lucrative distribution deal, this time with a television broadcaster.

The film, which features the music of Orange Goblin, ASOMVEL, Dark Forest, Eliminator, Stiletto Farm, Stuka Squadron, Triaxis and more, will reach over 100 million channel subscribers worldwide  in the first year because of this latest deal.

Madder Than a Full Moon Dog was created to honour the memory and music of ASOMVEL founder and front-man, Jay-Jay Winter.  His sister, Starjack partner and the film’s director/producer, Deborah Robinson, shared her reaction: “This is amazing! It’s really heart-warming to know that distributors see the real potential of this film and are excited by it.  Heavy metal is often seen as a ‘niche’ market, but the reality is that heavy metal fans are the most loyal in the world. I am thrilled to see distributors get behind this film and ensure that heavy metal fans everywhere can enjoy it. Because of the distributors’ faith and the fans’ loyalty, my brother’s name will become legend, not just in the UK, but globally – which is no less than he deserves.”

Pamela Glasner, the film’s other producer had this to say: “The distributors’ reaction to this film is nothing less than arm’s-length confirmation from other well-respected professionals in the industry that Starjack Entertainment has once again produced a film of quality and value.  I am so happy for Deborah and her family, because obviously this is not ‘just’ a film, it’s a memorial to someone they deeply loved.  I can’t wait to see what comes next!”

Global distribution announced for "Madder Than a Full Moon Dog"
featuring Stone Cold Kill's Ralph and T-Bone! - 17/05/13

Starjack Entertainment is proud and delighted to announce the signing of a prestigious distribution agreement for its British ‘rockumentary’, Madder Than a Full Moon Dog, which features the music of Orange Goblin, ASOMVEL, Dark Forest, Eliminator, Stiletto Farm, Stuka Squadron, Triaxis and more.

The deal signed with Fisher Klingenstein Films will cover both digital and DVD release over North America, Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, and Spain.

Fisher Klingenstein Films is operated by Danny and Jack Fisher (also of City Lights Pictures) and Alan Klingenstein who, between the three of them, have a wealth of experience in film distribution.

Starjack partner, and the film’s director/producer, Deborah Robinson, says of the deal, “Madder Than a Full Moon Dog was created to honour the memory and music of my brother, ASOMVEL founder and front-man, Jay-Jay Winter, and I am thrilled that it is now in such safe hands. The film features the very best of British metal, some already known globally, and some who are making waves on home ground — and I could not be happier that all of these bands will now find the global audience they so richly deserve.”

Pamela Glasner, the film’s other producer had this to say, “I am so awed by all of this, that through Deborah’s sheer force of will, first came the festival and then came the film, both of which will keep her brother’s memory alive in the music world forever.  I’m honored that we were able to do this for a man who was so loved — future generations of heavy metal lovers will get to know this amazing musician.”
